Y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131 sayesinde sarkan fazla deri al\u0131narak y\u00fcz daha gergin hale getirilir. Ki\u015finin cilt elastikiyeti kaybolmam\u0131\u015f ise y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131ndan al\u0131nacak sonu\u00e7 \u00e7ok daha ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131 yaln\u0131z ba\u015f\u0131na yap\u0131labilece\u011fi gibi al\u0131n germe ve g\u00f6z kapa\u011f\u0131 esteti\u011fi ile bir arada da yap\u0131labilmektedir. Y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131 i\u00e7in en uygun adaylar 40 ile 65 ya\u015f aras\u0131nda olan y\u00fcz ve boyun derisinde sarkmalar, ya\u011flanmalar g\u00f6r\u00fclen fakat deri elastikiyeti iyi olan ki\u015filerdir. Y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131n\u0131n ortalama s\u00fcresi 3 ile 4 saat aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Bu ameliyatta genel anestezi tercih edilse de lokal anestezi de uygulanabilmektedir. Ameliyatta yap\u0131lacak kesilerin yeri y\u00fcz\u00fcn yap\u0131s\u0131na ve cerrahinin tekni\u011fine g\u00f6re ayarlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015f s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 var m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p><p>Genellikle 50 ya\u015f sonras\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok ki\u015finin y\u00fcz\u00fcnde belirgin \u015fekilde sarkmalar ve ya\u011flanmalar g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flar. Ki\u015fiyi en \u00e7ok \u00e7ene \u00e7izgisindeki ve boyun b\u00f6lgesinde bulunan derideki d\u00fczensizlikler ve kulak \u00f6n\u00fcndeki k\u0131vr\u0131mlar rahats\u0131z etmektedir. Bu a\u015famada y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131 uygulanmal\u0131 ve y\u00f6ntemin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 ile gen\u00e7le\u015fme sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131ndan sonra \u00e7ok a\u011fr\u0131 hisseder miyim?<\/strong><\/p><p>B\u00fct\u00fcn cerrahi i\u015flemlerden sonra g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi y\u00fcz germe i\u015fleminden sonra ki birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn kadar hafif a\u011fr\u0131lar hissedilebilir. Ameliyat sonras\u0131nda hastaya verilen ila\u00e7lar yard\u0131m\u0131 ile bu a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne kolayca ge\u00e7ilebilir. Ameliyattan sonra y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fczde \u015fi\u015flikler ve morluklar g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir fakat bunlar sizde herhangi bir korku ve endi\u015fe yaratmas\u0131n. 1 ay i\u00e7erisinde bu durumlardan an\u0131nda kurtuldu\u011funuzu fark edeceksiniz. Y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131ndan iki hafta sonra da normal hayat\u0131n\u0131za ve i\u015finize d\u00f6nebilirsiniz.<\/p><p><strong>Y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131ndan sonra y\u00fcz\u00fcmde iz kal\u0131r m\u0131?<\/strong><\/p><p>Y\u00fcz germe ameliyat\u0131nda genellikle \u00f6zel diki\u015f ve pansuman malzemeleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fczde olu\u015facak izler minimum seviyede olacakt\u0131r.
