Kep\u00e7e kulakta ise sorun kula\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131z ile olan a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n normalden fazla olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Yani normale g\u00f6re daha \u00f6ne do\u011fru ve a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcrler. Bu durumda \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ocuklarda \u00f6nemli bir psikososyal, davran\u0131\u015fsal ve duygusal sorunlara yol a\u00e7abilir. Kep\u00e7e kulak esteti\u011finde yaln\u0131zca kula\u011f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f k\u0131sm\u0131na m\u00fcdahale edilir. Kep\u00e7e kulak operasyonu son derece g\u00fcvenle yap\u0131labilen bir operasyondur. Bu sebeple de i\u015fitme ile ilgili herhangi bir sorun yaratmayacakt\u0131r. Ki\u015filerde kulak geli\u015fimi 5-6 ya\u015fa kadar tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kep\u00e7e kulak ameliyat\u0131n\u0131n da bu ya\u015flarda yap\u0131larak kula\u011f\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesi tavsiye edilmektedir. Kep\u00e7e kulak ameliyat\u0131 (otoplasti) \u00e7ocuklarda genel anestezi uygulanarak yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ya\u015flarda ise genel anestezi yap\u0131lmadan yaln\u0131zca lokal anestezi ile yani kulak uyu\u015fturularak da yap\u0131labilmektedir. Kep\u00e7e kulak ameliyat\u0131, kula\u011f\u0131n arka y\u00fcz\u00fcnden yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in herhangi bir iz kalmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Kep\u00e7e kulak ameliyat\u0131 hangi ya\u015f i\u00e7in daha uygundur?<\/strong><\/p><p>Kep\u00e7e kulak ameliyat\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn ya\u015flarda yap\u0131lmaya uygun bir i\u015flemdir. Yine de bu ameliyat i\u00e7in uygun olan ya\u015f okul \u00f6ncesi ya\u015flard\u0131r. Kep\u00e7e kulaklar\u0131yla okula giden \u00e7ocuklar, arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n olumsuz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015facak ve bu da \u00e7ocu\u011fun ruhsal durumunu etkileyecektir. Bu sebeple de kep\u00e7e kulak ameliyat\u0131ndan \u00f6nce bu durum \u00e7ocu\u011fa onun anlayaca\u011f\u0131 bir \u015fekilde anlat\u0131lmal\u0131 ve onunda kendi iste\u011fiyle ameliyat yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ocuk kendi istiyor ise bu ameliyat uygulanacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Kep\u00e7e kulak ameliyat\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde nelere dikkat etmeliyim?<\/strong><\/p><p>B\u00fct\u00fcn ameliyatlarda oldu\u011fu gibi kep\u00e7e kulak ameliyat\u0131nda da ameliyattan 2-3 hafta \u00f6ncesinde aspirin kullanmay\u0131 b\u0131rakmal\u0131 ve sigaray\u0131 kesmek gerekmektedir. Ameliyattan \u00f6nceki son haftada ise kan\u0131 suland\u0131ran ila\u00e7lar\u0131 ve buna benzer maddeleri kullanmamak gerekmektedir.<\/p><p><strong>Kep\u00e7e kulak ameliyat\u0131ndan sonra kula\u011f\u0131mda iz kalacak m\u0131?<\/strong><\/p><p>Ameliyattan sonra kula\u011f\u0131n arkas\u0131nda beyaz renkte ince bir \u00e7izgi g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi son derece normaldir. Bu ince iz kula\u011f\u0131n arkas\u0131nda ki b\u00f6l\u00fcmde kalaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan kesinlikle g\u00f6z\u00fckmeyecektir. Bant ise bir hafta d\u00fczenli bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kep\u00e7e kulak ameliyat\u0131n\u0131n ertesi g\u00fcn\u00fc hasta i\u015fine rahatl\u0131kla d\u00f6nebilir.
