Ameliyat\u0131n ard\u0131ndan bir g\u00fcn hastanede g\u00f6zetim alt\u0131nda kalmak yeterli olacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc herhangi bir rahats\u0131z edecek derecede a\u011fr\u0131 olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Kol germe ameliyat\u0131 nedir ve kimlere yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p><p>Ki\u015finin kol b\u00f6lgesinde bulunan fazla ya\u011f ve cilt fazlal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131narak ince ve gergin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcml\u00fc kollar\u0131n olmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fleme kol germe ameliyat\u0131 denilmektedir. Kol germe ameliyatlar\u0131 genellikle 40 ya\u015f ve \u00fczerindeki kad\u0131nlara yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kol b\u00f6lgesinde ya\u011f ve cilt fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan ve de bu g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcden rahats\u0131z olan herkese kol germe esteti\u011fi yap\u0131labilir.<\/p><p><strong>Kol germe ameliyat\u0131ndan \u00f6nce nelere dikkat etmek gerekmektedir?<\/strong><\/p><p>B\u00fct\u00fcn ameliyatlarda oldu\u011fu gibi kol germe esteti\u011fi ameliyatlar\u0131nda da ameliyattan yakla\u015f\u0131k iki \u00fc\u00e7 hafta \u00f6ncesinde sigaray\u0131, aspirini, kan suland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ila\u00e7lar\u0131 ve benzeri maddeleri b\u0131rakman\u0131z gerekmektedir. Ameliyat\u0131n hemen \u00f6ncesinde de genel sa\u011fl\u0131k durumunuz ve kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z ila\u00e7lar hakk\u0131nda doktorunuza gereken bilgiyi vermeniz gerekecektir. Apranaks, vermidon ve voltaren gibi a\u011fr\u0131 kesicileri, multivitamin haplar\u0131n\u0131, ye\u015fil \u00e7ay\u0131, domates \u00e7ekirde\u011fini, kiraz sap\u0131n\u0131, keten tohumunu ve b\u00fct\u00fcn zay\u0131flama \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini kullanmaman\u0131z gerekmektedir.<\/p><p><strong>Kol germe ameliyatlar\u0131 nas\u0131l yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p><p>Kol germe ameliyat\u0131na koltuk alt\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak dirse\u011fe do\u011fru \u201cL\u201d \u015feklinde bir kesi yap\u0131larak ba\u015flan\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011funlukla hastadan sadece fazla deri al\u0131n\u0131r ve kol gerginli\u011fi artt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.
